I run contacts as well, but the trick to getting them not to irritate you is just getting used to them. That means wearing them every day, all day. Kind of a bugger if you love your glasses, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I got some WileyX XL-1's for $180 including prescription. They're pretty good.

Revision inserts... I use them on my sawfly and locust, though I still prefer running with my Dye I4 with prescription glass on as they rarely fog up.

What I use is North brand safety glasses ($15 each), with an Rx carrier ($15) with Prescription lenses ($112), and just a little paracord to keep the glasses on my face. Didn't like the idea of contacts falling out in the middle of the field, and because I really don't want to wear a paintball mask. I've had just a little bit of a fogging with the set-up, but it's mostly 3 or 4 small beads of sweat.
