Apply some shaving cream to your lense and rub it in until it 'disappears'. You can try this on your bathroom mirror, you'll see that the part you applied shaving cream to will not fog up.

I personally prefer this method to the dish soap method which is, ironically, a lot messier.

I prefer the paste style anti-fog, namely Cat-Shit brand (no, it's not real cat shit). I find the pastes work better for the rubbing in and letting dry than a spray (there is just too much carrier/water to evaporate cleanly)

I have it right here: it's an airsoft grenade with the pin still in it. Look again! The Grenade is Now a Tomahawk! Anything can happen when your goggles smells like fear and not like sanitation.
