I am disgusted that no one has updated this thread since the 8th of November.

Edit: They'll both eventually have ring hammers and 4.3 grip safeties. I hate that kimber style hammer. With a passion.

Detonics slide mounted on reg. frame..? I like that...I like that A LOT. Maybe the closest alternative to my dream/desire to have a commander-sized, marui-based 1911!

I really wanted a Commander sized 1911, and I really didn't want a WE or a WA, so this was really my only option!

Actually Juicy your MSH is in my hicapa/1911 right now. Its the one up top in the family photo. Looks just as good on that one though, I promise!

Fobus with paddle mount.... could be a Rotomount, though. Real steel gun/tactical shops probably carry them - they're not really an item that's seen in airsoft too much.
